Please send all manuscripts by snail mail! Only brief outlines, abstracts, or collaborative project proposals will be accepted by email, unless otherwise arranged. You will need to provide us with a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) if you would like to have your manuscripts or any other materials you send us returned to you.

Please allow us two months to get back to you regarding brief outlines, abstracts, or collaborative project proposals. If you are sending us a manuscript, it will take us six to eight months to respond to your submission, unless otherwise arranged.
